Throughout nearly two decades in higher education, I have led libraries, writing and learning centers, academic success initiatives, and undergraduate research programs while advancing curriculum innovation, faculty development, and organizational learning.
In addition to my leadership responsibilities, I have taught curriculum and courses in rhetoric, writing, multiliteracies, and English education, as well as research methods, humanities, and technology applications. Teaching across such a broad range of subjects has reinforced my appreciation for interdisciplinarity in instruction and learning.
In all aspects, building strong relationships has been central to my career. Whether working with faculty, staff, or students, I work to cultivate trust through deliberative dialogue, shared purpose, thoughtful collaboration, and occasional humor, creating the conditions in which individuals, teams, and institutions can learn, innovate, and flourish.
In my free time, I enjoy listening to music, watching cozy mysteries, taking in nature, and lazing about with my dog, Remie.
